Are the stars really real?
Yes. Every star in the name, and every star around it, is a real catalogued entry at its true position, from the AT-HYG catalogue (Tycho-2 / Gaia / Hipparcos). Every print comes with a PDF listing each star's coordinates, so any of them can be checked.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. You preview the exact print, watermarked, before checkout.
Does it come framed?
If you like. Choose a black, white or oak frame when you order and it arrives framed behind a clear acrylic front, with the hanging hardware already fitted. Without a frame it is posted rolled in a tube.
What if it arrives damaged?

Can I choose the colours?
Yes. Pick Midnight, Ivory, Noir & Gold, Celestial Blue or Minimal White while you preview the print. The price is the same for every style.
Can the print show their face?
Yes. Add a photo when you write their name and you can choose a print of their face, or their face above their name, at the same price as the name alone. Every point of the face is a real catalogued star at its true position, seen from 1,200 parsecs above the Sun; the photo decides which stars are lit and how brightly. The photo itself never leaves your device: the print is made from the list of stars, not the picture.
Is every print different?
Yes. The stars that spell a name, and the constellations around them, depend on the name itself, so each print shows a different patch of the real sky.
